Got a cell phone? Then consider putting these must-have phone numbers on speed dial. We found these thanks to Rodale Publishing.

Put your family on ICE. That stands for ‘In Case of Emergency.’ Paramedics recommend programming ANY emergency contact in your cell phone after the word ICE, as in “ICE-wife” or “ICE-dad.” The idea is that if you get into an accident, police can use your phone to quickly notify someone.
Another must-have number to put on speed dial is: 1-800-GOOG-411. That’s 466-4411. It’s a Google service that lets you request information just as you would on a web browser. Life really is that good!

This past week has been so wonderful. Stephen and I got married and I turned 30. Funny sometimes how life unfolds. We have been friends since I was 15 years old. This past year was the most challenging I have ever experienced. Never would I have guessed that God would turn my life around the way that he did. It got to the point where I thought there was no such thing as being happy. That was a lie! When your in your darkest place remember God is there. He loves us SO much, we are worthy of living life to the fullest and also being happy. He wants us to be happy.
So anyway, this year although started out ugly it has become one of the most beautiful years ever. Thank you God for Stephen Hatala, my Mal Mal, and Grace!!!

My friend Hannah has moved back to Chattanooga and has opened her Chiropractic office! I am so thrilled to have her here. She is so kind, laid back, not to mention the BEST Chiropractor ever!!!
Malory and I visited her on Monday because I could not move my neck without wanting to cry.
Dr. Hackett was able to fix my aches and pains. I feel so much better now.
She also works wonders with children. If you know my child at all you know that she dislikes the Dr.'s office. But, Dr. Hackett was able to ever so gently talk Malory through a checkup. Malory even let Dr. Hackett work on her neck and back! I was so proud of Mal!
We are returning today for another visit:)

These cute little kiddos had been waiting for me to make them cookies for a week. So when their mama got home yesterday I got to baking. We were all so excited watching the cookies bake until we realized the package really wasn't kidding when it said to place them 2 inches apart.
